Just Be.

Be Adventurous.

Be Authentic.

Be Creative.

Be Curious.

Be Kind.

Be Present.

Sometimes you’ll notice that you are growing while others around you are staying complacent.

It’s hard to be your most authentic self when that doesn’t align with societal norms or expectations.

I’ve found that when I am staying true to myself and living in the moment, I am most at peace.

I am able to heal and grow amid the darkness.

A very close friend of mine once wrote me a note that said:

“Sometimes when we are nearing the light, the darkness strengthens its hold because it is afraid of the torch. You are brighter than the darkness. Keep shining. “

This is a quote I tend to look back on quite often.

It has helped me get through some really tough times, so I thought I’d share it with all of you.

Now, go out there and shine brighter than you ever thought possible.
