Saying Yes to Adventure & Living.

Steelhead Falls, Oregon

At 26 years of age, I can finally say that I am finding a home within myself.

I have found an amazing job with wonderful coworkers.

I am able to explore and go on adventures daily.

I am in a place where I feel safe to be my true authentic self.

My inner child has a lot of room to play, explore, and have fun.

By saying yes to things that are scary or foreign to me ( the two biggest being happiness & heights), I have been able to grow, heal, and challenge myself.

While I do still struggle from time to time, I have finally made it to a place where I can settle down for awhile and truly focus on living.

I have given myself permission to be happy, healthy, and free.

I am choosing to live my most adventurous life, and I’m able to do that because I have such an incredible support network of people who are rooting for me and my recovery.

Without recovery, I have nothing.

I am deserving of this beautiful life that I have worked so hard to create.

You too, are deserving of amazing things!

Below are some pictures from some recent adventures and experiences that I’ve had.

Here’s to hoping for many more in the months to come!

Enjoy! 🙂

Cool view of a bridge and river below from a park in Central Oregon.
View from the top of a canyon in Central Oregon.
Made it to the bottom of this canyon & there was a lovely river.
A beautiful hiking trail in Oregon
In this moment I wished I could be this flower and look at that waterfall forever.
Steelhead Falls, Oregon
This beautiful view is from a hike within walking distance of my new home.
I found this beautiful pinecone nestled between an old tree that had fallen down.
I got to throw darts on this giant canvas & pop paint filled balloons.
I tried pottery and absolutely loved it!
I spent time collaging (one of my favorite art forms).
I went bouldering & a stranger cheered me on for one of the routes I was working on!
Lastly, I made it 1 month eating disorder behavior free.

XOXO
