My reasons for recovery.

It truly is the little things. I love trying to find the beauty in the simplest places (like this moss in the leaves).

Here is a list of reasons that I have created to help me stay motivated for my recovery.

I will do my best to continue to update this list as more reasons resonate with me.

  • to be my authentic self
  • to get out of survival mode
  • to go on adventures & travel the world
  • to have more meaningful conversations with others
  • to enjoy roller derby and skating again
  • to have energy again (not being dizzy or weak all the time)
  • to be able to help others
  • so I can celebrate Halloween and other holidays not in treatment
  • so I’m not scared to live my life
  • to heal from trauma
  • to be content w/those I surround myself with
  • to say I fucking did it! ❤
