
My reasons for recovery.
It truly is the little things. I love trying to find the beauty in the simplest places (like this moss in the leaves).
Here is a list of reasons that I have created to help me stay motivated for my recovery.
I will do my best to continue to update this list as more reasons resonate with me.
- to be my authentic self
- to get out of survival mode
- to go on adventures & travel the world
- to have more meaningful conversations with others
- to enjoy roller derby and skating again
- to have energy again (not being dizzy or weak all the time)
- to be able to help others
- so I can celebrate Halloween and other holidays not in treatment
- so I’m not scared to live my life
- to heal from trauma
- to be content w/those I surround myself with
- to say I fucking did it! ❤
